[Bug 451700] [NEW] contact list disappears on reconnect for group chats

Binary package hint: empathy

each time the connection is gone, i.e. if you suspend your laptop,
the contact list for group chats is hidden. one has to enable it via
Conversation -> Show contact list
This should be saved per channel and not reset on reconnect.
