[Bug 451067] [NEW] Empathy Does Not Accept Custom SIP Registrar Port

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

When I add the following SIP account, Empathy can not register/connect
to the registrar: johnm at d1.spikko.com:5090. I get a error message saying
"New SIP Account\nNo error specified".

The reason for custom port number is because Spikko.com registrar expect
connections on port 5090 (not the standard 5060).

Empathy debug window has the following:

_empathy_account_set_connection: Failed to create a new TpConnection: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NameHasNoOwner: Could not get owner of name 'org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Connection.sofiasip.sip.johnm_40d1_2espikko_2ecom_3a5090': no such name
