[Bug 446761] [NEW] Message indicator went away, no way to get to message?

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

Received a message from an IM contact, and the indicator applet went to
"you have a message state."  clicked on it, and saw a contact name, but
then applet seemed to freeze while evolution was fetching email from a
large mailbox.  after evolution cleaned itself up, the message indicator
was no longer in "you have a message state".. basically, no notification
of the message was available, though the "Previous Conversation" log did
have the contents of the message...
