[Bug 444044] Re: Notifications when contact goes online don't work

This is because MS recently changed their way to notify the
onlein/offline status changes. I had the same issue with the program
called emesene, but the fix is released in the latest development. For
anyone is interested, it can be download by running:

bzr branch lp:emesene

Also attached the NotifyOsdImproved.py which I believe is the plugin
that controls the notification.
