[Bug 206547] Re: Add option to open messages automatically

I just uninstalled empathy from koala and went back to pidgin, as my
first day with it i missed around 30 IM's as there was only a blinking
icon on the emapthy window and i never leave that window in context (who
does?). My opinion, at least give people the option to have a popup.
