[Bug 440105] [NEW] Enabling an Account requires me to click "Apply" after I checked off the "Enable" check-box.

Binary package hint: empathy

It strikes me that once I checked off the "Enable" checkbox, I should
not need to click "Apply."  It is inconsistent with the way that most
other application behave, where once you made a selection, all you need
to do is close the dialogue window.
