Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: empathy
Empathy cannot log into any of my accounts.
I noticed bug #471878 , which is about MSN account login, but actually
the program cannot login into any accounts. I have about 5 accounts in
Pidgin. Upon installation of the program I imported all of them into
Empathy (passwords were not saved in Pidgin - I always enter them upon
login manually). I tried the accounts to login - MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, Gmail
- I entered my passwords and clicked "enable" checkbox - the program
reported network error. I decided to test same accounts with Pidgin -
all was fine and I logged in, so problem is entirely in Empathy.
Hope you fix it, probably is something small...
