[Bug 388154] [NEW] Unable to login into my MSN account with telepathy-butterfly

Binary package hint: empathy

I'm unable to login into my MSN account when using telepathy-butterfly.
The error message is an ambiguous "Net error", without any other
information or console messages.

The only way to login into my MSN account using Empathy is by removing
telepathy-butterfly and using telepathy-haze instead.

The same MSN account works OK in Pidgin without any extra setup.

Tested on Empathy 2.26.1-1ubuntu1 from Jaunty as well as
2.27.2-1ubuntu1~ppa9.04+1 from Launchpad PPA
(http://ppa.launchpad.net/telepathy/ppa/ubuntu):
