[Bug 305603] Re: libjinglexmpp and libjinglexmllite do not have library files

I still see this problem in ubuntu 9.04 libjinglexmpp 0.3.12-3ubuntu1

libjinglexmpp and libjinglexmllite packages still have no .so.0 files.
The libjinglep2p packages have .so.0 files that do not follow the naming
conventions below (missing '-0.3') which seems to break the farsight
project.

If this is fixed, how do I patch my system?
