Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

Sorry if this shows up under empathy, but ubuntu-bug didn't recognize
telepathy and I wasn't sure how file for a PPA.

After adding Telepathy PPA via add-apt-repository PPA:telepathy. I did
an update manager. UM suggested a partial upgrade, which I did. After
the update was completed, empathy was removed. Attempting to reinstall
empathy results in the following:

---------
sudo apt-get -f install empathy
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
empathy: Depends: empathy-doc (= 2.28.1.1-0ubuntu1) but 2.28.1.1-1+ppa9.10+1 is to be installed
E: Broken packages

---------------
UM was ran earlier within the hour, so the change is related to the additional of the telepathy PPA
