Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

For one reason or another, either at the fault of Empathy or the user,
one may end up with duplicate accounts with logs that they would like to
be preserved, without having to keep an unused and duplicate acccount
sitting in the account manager.

Accounts (on the same network?), should be mergeable
