[Bug 417665] [NEW] empathy tubes no longer supported in recent karmic build

After a recent updat of vinagre, telepathy tubes (share my desktop in empathy) are broken.
I consulted the telepathy IRC channel and they pointed out that vinagre needs to be compiled with the right options to support this function.

Early builds of Karmic supported this.
