[Bug 410377] [NEW] NotHere applet not packaged

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

I'm not sure if this was intentional or an oversight but while updating
empathy for the oem team I noticed that the 'NotHere' applet is not
packaged. I am not even sure what it does but it is installed into
debian/tmp/ during the normal build process.

Oh, and it is also not documented anywhere, that I could find, that it
is being excluded on purpose.
