All irc tabs are called conversation.  This makes the app almost
impossible to use if you have more than one conversation open.

steps to reproduce:
1/ Install empathy
2/ Add your irc account
3/ open several channels
4/ Note all the tabs read conversation

** Affects: empathy (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
