Thanks for your bug report. Please try to obtain a backtrace
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and attach the file to the
bug report. This will greatly help us in tracking down your problem. By
the way, where are those instructions to attach .crash files to the
report? that's a bad practice and they shouldn't be attached to the
reports instead you need to use apport to send them to launchpad.
