[Bug 185374] Empathy is now broken. IRC no longer works either

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

Empathy in hardy is now broken.  Listed below is the error.

empathy:
 Depends: libempathy9 (>=0.21.5.2) but it is not installable

Also I noticed that IRC  (idle) I believe is out of date in comparison
to the other modules.  This means that it can't connect.
