[Bug 183455] Hardy's version of empathy is showing off-line contacts before on-line ones.

Binary package hint: empathy

Most of the new empathy rocks :).  However I've noticed that if you
select to show off-line contacts and then select browse by status that
the off-line contacts are placed before the on-line ones meaning you
either need to stop showing off-line contacts or scroll to the bottom of
the contacts window to access them.
