Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: empathy
I am running ubuntu 8.04.1
I am running 0.22.1 empathy instant messenger
I expected:
After a normal boot, empathy will start and login to my google talk account. It will then show contacts, messages, etc.
What happened:
After a normal boot, empathy will start and will not login to my google talk account. I am given a "gtalk1 network error". However, if I delete my account preferences then setup new ones within empathy, empathy works as described above.
