[Bug 218606] [NEW] Crasher (prevents sugar from running)

Public bug reported:

The following causes python-telepathy to traceback:

from telepathy.client import ManagerRegistry
reg = ManagerRegistry()
reg.LoadManagers()

This causes OLPC Sugar's presence service to crash, so the sugar
packages cannot run as packaged.

This is fixed in tp-python 0.15 - please can we get this into hardy
before release?
