[Bug 158845] Personal information (avatar and alias) cannot be set

Binary package hint: empathy

On the current Gutsy version of empathy (0.12) going to Edit>Personal
Information has no effect (i.e. there is no dialog being shown).

This basically means that  personal information (e.g. avatar and alias)
cannot be set.
