Neeraj, please leave this assigned to you until it is completed or
assigned to someone else.

The number of columns can _not_ be hardcoded because we do not know that
ahead of time as monitor resolutions vary and dpi varies.

Instead the number of columns must be calculated at run time based on
IconWidth/ScreenWidth .
