[Bug 655734] [NEW] No easy way to resize the Xephyr window

In our lab we have screen resolutions up to 1920 x 1200, and the small
size of the Xephyr window is a real limitation on its use.  My
particular use case involves using the Xephyr display to demo using
Sugar to the students in class.  They will be running Sugar full screen,
but I will need to run it in Xephyr to demonstrate it.
