IRC Logs

Hey all,

I just wanted to let you all know about the logging facility of the
ubuntu-sugarteam IRC channel.  One of the reason the IRC is so useful
is the ability to read/scan others conversations.

But, it does take a bit of courage to publically debug ones own
packages in public:)

So a quick shout out to dipankar for his good work with luke over the
past couple of day debuging sugar-presence-service.  The logs are
