unable to install sugar in ubuntu 10.04

Hello,

I am shariff from ITfc i installed the ubuntu 10.04 netbook remix 
version. i  am trying to install the sugar but I AM NOT , PLEASE HELP 
ME, i run the following commends

   sudo add-apt-repository ppa
   sudo apt-get update
   sudo apt-get install ubuntu-sugar-remix
