Yes, I agree that this is an excellent workflow.  (admittedly, it
might be a bit frustrating at first because describing how to fix
something can take longer then fixing it yourself)

Yes, the goal at this stage is not for Luke to fix problems.  It is
for Luke to help dipakar, neeraj, chirag and others learn how to fix
the problems.  As the Seetas guy develop greater proficiency, they
will go on to become the next generation of trainers for the community
and other new contributors.

I would like to request that you try to handle all of your
correspondences on either the Ubuntu-sugarteam or debian-olpc lists or
irc channels as most appropriate... and keep documentation on either
ubuntu sugarteam, debian-olpc wikis.
