Looks like package does not contain toolkit dependency.
Anyway toolkit is out-dated and will be replaced by polyol. For now, you
can use "fully-bundled" brnach on
http://git.sugarlabs.org/projects/flipsticks or grap tarball from
http://download.sugarlabs.org/sources/honey/FlipSticks/FlipSticks-6.tar.bz2
