Sync requests

FYI,

DebianImportFreeze is in effect[1] (and has been for a while), and
therefore new versions of packages in Debian have to be manually pulled
into Ubuntu.

For packages that we want to have in Maverick, we'll have to request
them to be synced, using requestsync. Docs here[2].

Please try to test a build of the package using a Maverick pbuilder per
the Pbuilder tutorial[3] and do not request the sync if the package
fails to build from source in pbuilder. Ask on #ubuntu-sugarteam or in
#ubuntu-motu if you have trouble.
