The following is the detailed report of the bug/issue that we tried to
resolve on 4th July.

ISSUE:
Can't find others on neighbourhood view.

How to reproduce the issue:
Just open neighbourhood view in Sugar ('F1'). We find nobody online except
for us.

Investigation:
With alsroot's help we were able to detect whether the activities were
getting shared or not. It was crucial. If activities are not getting shared
that means the coding for neighbourhood is faulty. But the activities were
getting shared (chat activity) only on systems which were running native
(Ubuntu 10.04 , Debian). The system running on Virtual Box could not share
the activities.

Now it was clear that code for neighbourhood is not faulty. So we arrived at
the conclusion that the server itself is down, thats why we cannot find any
other sugar users online.
