sugar in 9.04

Hi,

I think to remember that we used to have more complete instructions in
the wiki about using Aleksey's PPA in 9.04, anyone knows what happened
and what's the state of it?

Maria Liz from Paraguay would like to use Sugar on computers that have
9.04 on them.
