Bug description:

1)
U9-04:~$ lsb_release -rd

2)
U9-04:~$ apt-cache policy squeak-vm
squeak-vm:

3) If you try to close the window by the button in the top right corner, it shall close. Or if you go to the symbol of the program on the bottom task line, right click the menu and try to close, it shall close. 

4) It doesn't close. 
The only way to stop it is to go over the task manager.
