browse activity-hulahop package

i was testing browse activity on sugar emulator -0.88 but the activity
failed to start due to dependencies on hulahop package.

i tried installing hulahop package through terminal/synaptic package manager
but both showed that the package is broken.

is the package unstable at this juncture??
