You made a good point. Maybe we should create two desktop entries: one
for full screen and one for not full screen?

Bug description:
Whenever Sugar emulator starts on a small screen laptop, or low resolution screen, there is a noticeable cropping of the emulator.

To reproduce the bug, just set the screen resolution to 640x480 and then run the emulator.
