Paint Activity not starting

Are you building the _fill.so file?
In my system (Fedora) if I execute make have an error.
It can be resolved changing the following lines in Makefile:

I dont know if this is the problem in Ubuntu.
I am not a packager and don't have a Ubuntu or Debian system.
