I have the exact same symptoms and essentially the same shell.log
contents.

@Morgan, can you give us more information about the missing schema so we
might be able to work around this?

Bug description:

I just successfully installed Sugar on Ubuntu 9.4!  Great work.

I logged out and attempted on log in as a Sugar session and got the follow error.... after Sugar logged me out after 10 seconds.
