Binary package hint: sugar

Please package up the 'sugar-help-activity' as used in the SOAS (Fedora) distribution.

This is basically a pre-packed version of the Sugar manual found here:
http://en.flossmanuals.net/sugar

This application opens the manual pages within the browse activity.
