Please sponsor for jaunty. We'll need to SRU this for hardy and intrepid
too so it's urgent because the Sugar browser (sugar-web-activity) will
fail to launch because of this issue.

Bug description:
xulrunner-1.9 1.9.0.6+nobinonly-0ubuntu1 landed in jaunty. sugar-hulahop was built against 1.9.0.5. Since the path changes to libxul, we need a rebuild against 1.9.0.6.
