[Bug 328033] [NEW] Need rebuild against newer xulrunner

Public bug reported:

xulrunner-1.9 1.9.0.6+nobinonly-0ubuntu1 landed in jaunty. sugar-hulahop
was built against 1.9.0.5. Since the path changes to libxul, we need a
rebuild against 1.9.0.6.
