Status in “sugar-toolkit” source package in Ubuntu: Fix Committed

Bug description:
Binary package hint: sugar-toolkit

New upstream release: http://download.sugarlabs.org/sources/sucrose/glucose/sugar-toolkit/sugar-toolkit-0.83.4.tar.bz2

diff.gz attached, tested in https://launchpad.net/~morgan/+archive/ppa.

Debian have chosen to stay with the stable 0.82.x releases at this time, but we want to ship 0.84.x which will be the next stable release, with jaunty. This upload gets us the feature-freeze 0.83.x release.
