diff.gz attached, tested in https://launchpad.net/~morgan/+archive/ppa.
Debian have chosen to stay with the stable 0.82.x releases at this time,
but we want to ship 0.84.x which will be the next stable release, with
jaunty. This upload gets us the feature-freeze 0.83.x release.
