Upstream packages now in Lucid.

I sent a brief note to the debian-olpc-devel list last night that the all of the upstream debian sugar packages have been pulled into Lucid. I haven't been able to get sugar to run correctly in lucid yet. Something to do with Xephyr I think. Lucid is still in Alpha1. Both the .86 and .88 packages run just fine in karmic.

I'll try to get the packages officially backported to karmic as soon as I can. Maybe we will just need to set up a PPA to backport them ourselves until Lucid comes out.
