workarounds replacing :
/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/sugar/graphics/icon.py
/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/sugar/graphics/combobox.py

Status in “sugar-base” package in Ubuntu: New

Bug description:
Binary package hint: sugar-base

sugar-session displays a white screen when you start it, because it cannot find the icons.
the problem is the gnome theme does not have the sugar icons in the search path.


I wrote about this in my blog and proposed a hack to fix it :
