Matchbox window manager is broken in Gutsy - there are no window header or close button in gutsy's matchbow-window-manager :(
It seems this problem is because 'Default' theme is broken in Ubuntu Gutsy package - when I copied content from Debian's matchbox-window-manager package (/usr/share/themes/Default/matchbox/ folder) then these problems dissapeared :)
