[Bug 312612] [NEW] error in the sugar's gtk engine when a application use GTK_ARROW_NONE

I think the correction that fix GTK_ARROW_NONE in gtk/engine/sugar-
style.c (1002_skip_none-arow_only_if_supported.patch) should be also
apply to the file gtk/engine/sugar-drawing.c.

I think the lines 357 and 406 need to be fix to prevent the crash of a
application that use GTK_ARROW_NONE like liferea.
