Video Media Playback.... mkv.. ogg..DVD...etc..etc.<br></font></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div>ubuntustudio is more about the creation of content. the playback of most of what you mention here can be easily added to ubuntu, and most "free" distros. they are not allowed to ship support for mp3/dvd "out of the box" due to restrictions from the license holders. be sure to look them up, and let them know that you would like for them to make it so that support can be included for what you want to use "out of the box" on linux, and other "free" os's.. otherwise, you can use a distro that basically doesnt follow that "rule" (linux mint?), or, add support following these wiki pages.. <a href="https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats">https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats</a> ..these pages will outline facts and guides, and be applicable to any/all official ubuntu flavors.</div><div> </div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left-width:1px;border-left-color:rgb(204,204,204);border-left-style:solid;padding-left:1ex"><div bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000"><font face="Calibri"> 5.
