I tested both of Live session/Installed Desktop with this iso image and firewire devices:<br>

Live session works well without any hungs and installing goes well, too. Installed Desktop also works fine.<br>

I tested my Firewire devices with this host contoller. The jackd with firewire backend works good.<br>
