What is the process to..."use the terminal upgrade-manager -d -c to upgrade 12.10 to 13.04..."??
Looks like you've been reading the test procedures for upgrading Ubuntu Studio?

All tests were completed in order for us to be able to release Beta2, so we won't require any tests for that. But, it is always good to do more testing, and look for bugs, if you're willing to do that.

What the above means is you open a terminal, and do the command:

upgrade-manager -d -c

It will let you upgrade to the development release, which currently is Raring.
