I have since Ubuntu 8.04 a wacom bambo tablet, the small one, A6.

Nothing to do to use it, plug and play, works perfectly, very easy to use with gimp, inkscape, and all audio-video software.

Wacom are really better than other brand.
Nice logo.
I started drawing again. I'm gifted, but didn't do it for a long time.

I'm interested in a Linux compatible scanner and a tablet.

I won an iPad2, which might be usable as a tablet too, unfortunately I
can't get Wifi working and a pen for the iPad might be expensive.

What wacom tablet is working good, when using GIMP?

Regards,
