First of all. are you using a base install from ubuntu or ubuntustudio, you are not clear on this.<br>then, please leave the models of the hardware so people can search better.<br><br>Have you tried to connect the laptop to a wired network? most of the time, ubuntu can install drivers for that you need to have wired internet.<br>
