Hello everyone,

My name is Eduardo and this is my first message in this mailing list.

I have recently downloaded the last ubuntu studio distro and i have installed it in my new ASUS PRO58V laptop.
I use it mostly for music but since I am as well a programmer I wanted to do some experiments with the realtime programming.

I would like to know if it is using RTAI or RTLINUX.

I'm not an expert in this (maybe some experts will correct any wrong info I give), but I don't think it's either of those but rather CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT as described here: http://rt.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Main_Page
