hi<br>i was a bit lost about the vst version, i ve downloaded the right archive now with the source code, but trying to ./ configure it says it can t find fttw3f library, any idea where i can get it?<br>At the moment i am going along with Gverb <br>

I personally always vote for freeverb. you can find it almost everywhere<br>
(ladspa, pd external). for a filter i would recomend to hear moog 24db<br>
lowpass and "state variable" (SV) multimode.<br>
all of them you can try with "jack rack" or as externals in "puredata",<br>
they are both light apps.<br>
this formulas are quite standard, you can actually hear them commercial<br>
synths and fx (vst-s and so on...).<br>
